Terms and Conditions

• Individuals with special needs and disabilities must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the waterpark area. Management is not responsible for any casualties.
• Guest: Any person residing at the Resort.
• Signing Guest: A person over 18 who legally agrees to these terms on behalf of themselves and others during booking/check-in.
• Invitee: A person not residing in the Resort but invited by a guest.
• Arboreal: A structure built on trees above ground level.
• Early check-in or late checkout is only allowed with written approval; else charges apply.
• Guests agree to settle all charges (food, services, taxes, etc.) by checkout unless prior arrangements are made.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused. A refundable cash deposit is collected and returned upon checkout if no damage is found.
• Room rates may change without notice. Resort management reserves the right of admission.
